What to Expect
Fertility massage is given 1-4 times during the first two weeks of your cycle, from menstruation until expected ovulation. Then there is a rest during the next two weeks when you may become pregnant. Bodywork may resume once you have your period. If you become pregnant then only energy work or light massage (and no abdominal work) is done during the first trimester. Prenatal massage is available throughout the second and third trimesters.
Our initial session will include a health history, instruction for self-care, a castor oil pack, and bodywork. Subsequent sessions will focus on bodywork. Please allow 2-3 hours for the first session and 1 1/2 to 2 hours thereafter.
Fertility Package
Stress, tension, toxins, and habits accumulate over time. It can be helpful to allow several months to unwind from these fertility obstacles and consciously choose a new path.

If you become pregnant, prepaid fertility massage is applicable toward prenatal massage and birth doula services. All rates subject to change.
